1972 Mercury 150hp Motor. Need Help

I need to know the timing (in degrees) for a 1792 150hp Mercury motor. I also need to know the spark plug type, and idle RPM or engine spec. If anyone can help please e-mail me at Sk8brdr685@aol.com. It would be much appreciated.
