1972 johnson 60hp hydro shift

The motor idles rough then it smooths out it goes good at low speed but when you go to full throttle it hesitates bad like it running off 2 cylinders has spark and compression checked at 150,145,135

Have you checked / adjusted your high-speed mixture?<br /><br />You might also do a decarb (be especially thorough on that cylinder that's the lowest). There are several postings here with very explicit instructions on decarb. Use the search function above to find one.<br /><br />Good luck!
