1972 Evinrude 85hp Outboard compatible years

I have a 1972 Evinrude 85hp outboard and I wanted to know if anyone can tell me the years compatible for parts such as the lower unit,carbs exct.

That 72 has an electric shift lower unit. The last year they made those was 1972, so you'll have to look for that year or earlier. You may be able to do your own research from the factory parts website: epc.brp.com You can snoop through all the years of their parts diagrams and compare parts. Once you have a specific part you want to compare, someone on this website can probably help with the exact compatiblity.
