masterlance<br />You could have an electric or hydraulic issue. There are 2 solenoids in the leg which control shifting. Green and blue leads can be found going down into the leg to the solenoids. When both solenoids are activated, you have reverse. When one is activated, you have nuetral. When none are activated, you have forward. The solenoids are activated by a complex switch and a diode assembly. Get a manual for trouble shooting and be sure you are running type "C" oil in the leg.
