1972 16' Winner Marauder-weight listed on iboat.com correct?

Hi,

The identification plate is warn off my boat. My registration says 1972. I believe this is my boat here

I am trying to guess the weight of my hull. Does 850lbs sound right for a 16' fiberglass hull? The iboats weight listings should always be hull weight only right, no motor?

16'3 length
About a 5'5" beam

Welcome aboard!

Weight sounds reasonable for a boat that size - any reason to assume that it's wrong? The weight is dry - no motor, gas, after market accessories, cats, dogs, gremlins, etc., etc.

Fun lookin' boat too.

I got the hull free a few years ago and the guy had it sitting in the grass. Three of us were able to lift the front up about 45 degrees and jam a trailer under it... It was real messy but we did it.

Looking back on it now, it's hard to believe we did that with an 850 lb boat. Really I'm trying to gauge the current weight of my 16' fiberglass vs other 18' - 19' aluminum boats, which i read are anywhere from 850lbs -1150lbs.

Just trying to double check that I am not way off, like if the boat is about 500 lbs or so
