1971 Stringer tilt motor worm gear and shaft.

A friend had the shear pin break on the worm gear/tilt motor shaft. It used a single pin. Apparently later drives used two pins. The point is. the pins are no longer carried by local wholesale suppliers of OMC part. The pin is probably a a standard size. It was not a hollow roll pin but a solid one. Where might one look for an equivalent pin?

in the wall of fiddly parts bins at Home Depot or similar hardware store.

We have Fastenal setup at work with every roll pin imaginable. I see no reason why a roll pin wouldn't work. don't need solid.
