The motor runs and starts fine, but whenever you get to the last 1/8 of the throttle it sounds like its miss firing and boggs down. You can hear what sounds like sparks jumping, but not sure if it's just something rattling. Doesn't do it unless under a load either. I tried running it in a barrel and it wouldn't bogg down. I had re gapped the contacts a couple years ago, but the motor did it before and after that. I feel like I'm just losing some power that I need, since I have a heavier boat now. Any help would be appreciated.
