OK while rewiring my motor I have kind of hit a brick wall and need someone to verify some connections, I have the proper service manual and page 4-7 shows the terminal block and CDI wiring connections, I have attached a picture of that page for reference, here is my problem:
1. No indication where the Yellow wire from the stator is to be connected on the terminal block, I suspect it goes to terminal #1 with the yellow from rectifier and yellow from shift diode. Could someone verify this for me please.
2. Tach Lead wire grey???? I cannot find a grey wire, suspect it discolored over time, there is a wire that looks like it should connect to terminal #2 but is kind of brownish nowhere near grey, cannot find where this wire should come out of harness to verify it is indeed the Tach Lead wire, Schematic shows it just disappearing in the harness after the main harness connection (big yellow plug)
