1971 johnson 50 hp question

was spraying a product called PB blaster tryin to loosen a broke off bolt well i soaked it really good noticed over spray going into cylinder and draining into the engine ...will that hurt anything when i get it back together and start it?

A little PB Blaster by itself won't hurt much , but any metal filings could reek havoc on bearings.Best to blank those cylinders off with some wads of plastic sheeting.

i didn't think about the metal fillings uhh ohh . maybe i will be ok thanks for the info
