1971 johnson 100 horse starting problems

hi i have a 71 100 horse johnson, the boat ran great all summer, until last weekend, it starts up just fine and i go run up and down the lake and stop and fish for awhile, but when i get ready to leave the boat wont start and it makes a weezing noise from the carb. could it be a power pack or a coil any suggestions?

Not enough information. Does it start now? Does it have spark? You can't go blaming parts without doing some troubleshooting.

like i said above..... the engine will start but after you shut it off after running it awhile it wont start. the only sound i get is a weezing sound out of the carb. and yes it has spark. i wait about 15 min. and it will start ruff but it will start.
