I have a 1971 Mercury model 110 9.8 , that won't start it was running a little rough but running this spring then just died now it wont start , Ok I've replaced 1 coil, both points and both plastic insulators by the points and rebuilt the carb , when tiller is set to start acts like I have no spark but when set to wide open it fires and wants to start. What am I missing any help would be great.
