i was checking out this motor and it will idle but when i give it some throttle it just stalls<br />so i played around with the trottle adjustment an saw that the throttle lever is moving but the top of the lever isn,t moving and theres a spring in there can i adjust the spring at all or is it ok the way it is because i think my problem is the timing is not getting advance
