1970 50hp Merc 500 SPark Plugs

I am looking for the replacement plugs for my 1970 Merc. My manual says the motor takes Champion L77V plugs, but when I search for these plugs I can not seem to find them. I want to make sure I get the correct replacement and I am not sure where to look. So far the only thing I can find is a QL76V.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My old 50 always ran a little sweeter with NGK plugs, part number BUHW. The L77V seemed to soot up quicker. Maybe it was just my motor, dunno.

Some others are Champ L76V, Autolite 2852, AC V40FFM.
