My motor cuts out from idle to WOT. Fires right up stays running. Just rebuilt Carb. I'm thinking its a fuel pump or I need to adjust "link and sync". I got that from forum on here. Not sure how to adjust link and sync. Please help me by giving step by step instructions and pictures help too. I have posted pics of the roller and hash marks with throttle set to idle/start position on tiller. https://1drv.ms/i/s!AnHUqWrV2AGgguYOkyFCJZgx-5SFQw

I am not 100 percent sure for that motor . But I think the hash marks in your picture are the marks used to set the points. Not for the setting of the carb. Somebody will probably correct me on that though. If they are the correct marks I believe the roller should touch the cam when between the marks. Should be some sort of clamp on the throttle shaft to make adjustments.

hardwater is correct...look for the 2 marks on the cam that the carb roller touches as you open the throttle...your throttle plate should just start to open at that point...look for a set screw on the carb's throttle shaft to adjust to this position...with the motor in gear , as you twist the throttle handle see that the carb roller reaches the highest position on the cam at wot and your throttle plate is horizontal in the carb throat
