I saw mention of modifying the fuel recirculation system to run better by a few members, Anybody care to share how? I just got a 18hp yesterday and needed to replace the recirc hose because it was cracked and leaking. I would love to get it runnig better. It cranked right up with a bad fuel line and primer so the pump and comp should be ok. The slow speed mixture make it want to run better at 1/2 turn or less from bottemed but that probably has to do with the bad hose im replacing. Im getting a new fuel line and going to tune on the lake wed.
