I've touched on this in some other posts, but I'm wondering if someone here has actually done this themselves?

What is involved? Do you have to remove the lower gear unit and the exhaust housing separately to get at it? Any special tools required? Etc etc...I think this motor would run great if the gasket was replaced.

I have a manual, but just looking for some first hand suggestions or advice, thanks.
