1968 Evinrude 9.5 - oil / gas mixture?

Just acquired this motor. For the most part runs well, except for rough idle. I'm using fuel that was in tank with motor. It smokes a lot and there is quite a bit of oil on surface of water in barrel after run. Is this motor 40:1, 50:1 or other? Thanks.

Thanks. That's what I thought. Gas tank was stored with vent open, so my current mixture is most likely heavy on oil. I'll mix some fresh.
