1968 duratech?????

Today I was offered to buy a 1968 19 foot Duratech.
Last I checked Duratech went out of business in 1965.This being said. Has any of you guys ever seen a 19 foot Duratech?A fifties one maybe? If so do you know the beam width and the inside depth?
I am interested in an aluminum boat with good dimensions so I can use it on Lake Ontario.My current 17 foot Duratech Orion is a bit too light and too shallow.

I found out that Penn Yan continued selling boats under the Duratech brand name for 3 years that is until 1968 after they bought the company in 1965.
Does anybody have any idea what the 19 foot 1968 duratech looks like??
The model # is S199 and the serial is 24464
