What model would this be?

Its rated for 65 hp.

Looks to be wider than the 65 Nassau I looked at.

Isn't the Nassau the only 16' closed bow rated for 65 hp?

Neat boat

That merc looks pretty clean, I love the block of wood shoved in there to keep the engine up. :p

there is a sorta hard to find latch, it cracks me up when I see the block of wood there.

My 15ft nova is rated at 65hp, and has the same basic lay out
Measured out it's about 16ft, sure the seller listed info from the tag?

Seller listed info off the registration card, they did not measure it.
I asked 15 or 16', and they said it was definitely 15'.

Seller sold the motor for $400 last week.
So looking at the boat and trailer for $600.

It figures, the only year that we don't have a decent brochure.
No additional photos of interior transom area available.

Now this is really bugging me.
Hmmmm, 200 miles each way. 9 hours round trip with coffee/latrine stops. $88 for gas. Then I have to find a smaller motor for it.

Have at it boys.

My '66 Nassau has a max 75 hp. That looks very Novaish but Novas are later, but looking at the 1970 brochure (no 69 and 68 is spotty) and if I can read the blurred printing it might be a Sprint - V - 15' and 65hp max, I think. Look at page 16 of the 70 brochure - Sprint - V, for sure.

GA, there is a 1969 brochure on page 5, HA just has not added it to the front. I pulled it out, and it sure looks the same, even down to the color! Max of 65 hp as well!

Thanks for that info, Chief. Your brochure is easy to read too.
