I need help finding a tach for this motor 1968 Mercury 500.
I will attach the one I found, will anyone tell me if this one will work?
Here is the description of this tach:
We are selling a new illuminated Teleflex Sea Pro inboard/outboard 7000 RPM tachometer, mfg. part #65390F. Features domed lens, chrome bezel, white face, black numerals and lettering and black with orange tip needle. Also features Sea Pro lettering in silver. Set up for 4/6/8 cylinder inboards and 2/3/4/5/6 pole outboards. Measures approx. 3 3/4" across including bezel and uses an approx. 3 1/4" cutout. Includes mouting bracket.
If this one will work what do I use for the pole setting?
