After a lot of family emergencies and a year of bad times, we finally finished the outdrive swap and had her in the water for a day. Found the out drive flange wasn't right so had to pull it out to do yet another repair, but hopefully things will go smoother and it will be back in the water again soon.I had my18' Sea Ray in the water so was able to grab a video and few photos for y'alls enjoyment.
