1966 Evinrude 9622A 9.5 hp carb rebuild kit

Hi folks. New forum member here. I've searched for my subject in these forums and across the web and have not found any direct links to a carb rebuild kit for the 9622A 9.5 hp motor.
Can anyone point me in a direction to find a kit. I've noticed that pre-1968 parts are had to come by, or at least links to seller of these parts. I'd prefer a kit as I've noticed buying individual parts can get rather pricey.
Any info is greatly appreciated.

Carburetors rarely cause a problem unless dirty or left for years with fuel in them.----What is the motor doing / not doing ?---Any other trouble shooting done ?

Yes it has been sitting for at least 7 years with fuel in the carb.
I did get it to start yesterday but it is sputtering when increasing the rpm's from idle to full throttle when. it's hooked up to ear muffs hose adapter for water cooling. I plan on taking it out on water this weekend and see how it does, but I figured i'd re-build the carb this winter and would like to order a carb kit now so i have it when I want to work on it.

but concentrate on ignition issues also ... how are the coils, points, condensers....check compression 65-75 should be ok
