Does anyone know the value of this boat? It is a 17 foot, 327 cubic inch gray marine engine, 25 hours on the engine. This boat has been stored under a boat dock for years.

Correct craft made some nice boats. I do not understand the "sportsman" label. Most were run abouts with rt side steering, and direct drive.
I would think that the value would be totally based on the condition of the boat.
Is it all original, does it work, clear title etc.
Good Luck.
Let us know more about it!
Good Luck.

Re: 1965 Sportsman Correct Craft Boat

I had a friend on White Lake who had a Sportsman Correct Craft. I remember going out on his boat severL times each time I got a pretty good adrelin rush. Packed with a Fireball Gray Marine engine I believe 455 ci Buick Engine converted to a marine enging as far as I know this was the stock engine. This boat was extreely quick out of the hole and the top end was around 70. I do know he could leave the other Correct Craft boats sitting in his wake. This was 1979 where most boats were not nearly as powerful as todays models are I still know the Sportsman was far superior to any orher boat for that time period. Does anyone know why Correct Craft stopped using the Gray Marine Engines?

10 year old thread Sailboater. Let's let this one die, just like Gray Marine. Thanks :)
