Hi i have a 1965 evinrude 75 hp V4 selectric shift. When it is in neutral it revs out fine, when i put it in gear it reaches 1000rpm and thats max won't pass that any ideas guys? took the carbs off their perfect clean. runs fine idle, neutral revs fine, in gear revs fine to 1000rpm almost feels like it is govenor
