1965 deep c

I purchased a 15' 1965 alumacraft deep c this fall, it has a closed bow with steering wheel and controls. The funny part is the wheel and controls are on the left side! I'm having a hard time finding info on this boat, any help? THANKS!!!!

I contacted the alumacraft factory and they told me they only made the deep c between 1957 & 1961, but my registration says 1965 so now im really confused?

i know my reg says 1956 and this boat has the seatbacks windshield and aquaduct transom. where do i find the stamped hull numbers for this model? also the pictures did not work for me just a line of letters at the top of the page

the model number is on the inside of the transom on the left side. theres a plate with the model marked deep c. mine also apeared to have seat backs at one time, there are marks on each side behind each seat where theres four bolts and what looks like a plate was fastend. i was wondering if there was a lot of these boats still out there?? will try to post more pictures this weekend when my wife has a chance cause i aint to handy with the computer!

Here is my Deep C with an older Johnson 40, if the pics fail to show I'll try again. I think it is a 1959 vintage? The windshield is very badly scratched and damaged in other ways from attempts to buff it out (Acrylic does not buff apparently nor respond to chemicals ), it also came with the original aluminum oars and ragtop (needs re-creation, vinyl is yellowed and brittle, mice ate corners of the canvas before I bought it )

I have a "56 with the seat back option on front two seats looking for a set for the third seat.
My numbers are on the a plate mounted to the wood transom, so if the transom has been reworked the plate may have been left off.
