I have a motor that I just bought and the water does not run out real hard it just kind of spits and sputters. I may not be use to it because I had a lot bigger motor but where I fish now there is a 10hp restriction. The guy I got it from says that he replaced the impellar. I was going to check tomorrow and see what it looks like and try to hunt one up for the weekend. I have never changed one, Can someone give me a quick run through what to expect as far as problems. There are 2 bolts that hold on the lower unit where the prob is I am assuming that I remove these and take off the unit. Is there any thing I need to mark or whatever to reassemble or is it just pretty straight forward work. I plan on taking a look in the morning. Thanks for the help!
