1964 Merc 650 lower unit removal?

I took off all the nuts and the bolt that holds the zinc on but it's on there. Is there anything else I need to loosen up? Do I need to do anything with the shift tube? Thank You

you will also have a nut under the zinc trim tab once it is removed
