Electric tilt, search the Iboats Marine Mega Mall for a PT-35. Pretty much the only way.<br /><br />As for steering, originally that would have been set up for remotes with pulley steering. But probably you would want to use rack or rotary instead since it's easily available and reliable.<br /><br />There's basically two ways of doing it, the teleflex / uflex way:<br />

You'll have to google for them, but basically it's a transom plate that does double duty as a tilt tube like on a modern outboard. The Teleflex/Uflex way is to shove the engine handle side to side from an anchor mounted to either a splashwell or the transom. All the little bits add up quite quick.
