1963 65hp timming marks?????

I have a 65hp that runs ok in the driveway with muffs has 140's compresion on all 4 cyl's but on the water it wont go over 10 mph its mounted to a 15 ft bayliner capri. It has a green flywheel and I canot find any mark for the timming on the wheel or block or on the 4d magneto pully .I want to check the tdc and timming to see if somthing has jumped? So anyone know where the marks are or what you use ?

There is a mark on the flywheel and the mag pully.You just havent found them yet. Try some very fine sandpaper and clean them off so you can see them better.I dont think its a jumped time issue but most likely a fuel/carb problem.The engine would be popin and rasin he## if it had jumped time.
