1963 650 Mercury cooling question.

I am new to this old Mercury, Installed a new water pump base and impeller. Does this outboard have a pisser or does the water just exit out of the prop?

Look for the tell-tell port on the rear starboard bottom cowling with a hose to the top rear of the motor.

Thank you for the reply GA_Boater. I do not have a hose nor do I have a port on the bottom of the right side (starboard) of this OB!
