I have free floating trim tabs mounted to the boat, one on each side of the outboard, about 10 inches up from the bottom of the boat. They can be adjusted manually towards the boat or away from the boat but they are still free floating. I need information on their purpose and how to adjust them properly. I have a pic for those who think they have the answers.
