1961 Merc 60 6hp tell-tail

Can someone please tell me where the tell-tail is on a 1961 Merc 60 6hp outboard? I pulled everything apart, impeller looks good, blew out lines. I still don't see water coming out anywhere. Is there a thermostat? I don't know what else to check. Help!

Watching the video, the answer is no tell-tell. The spray is the idle relief port.

Not all Merc's have a tell-tell, especially older ones like you have.
