Motor was running smooth, got some bad gas and the motor died, Removed float bowl cleaned, then cleaned all the gas lines. Motor started fine after above work except that one of the kill wires broke during the work and when I started motor it went to full throttle due to control screwed up. i could not kill engine until I flooded it. During the work to repair wire I discovered the vacuum hose that connects from the safety switch to the manifold is not connected at the manifold end, I took it off working on the carb but now I cant find where it is supposed to connect. This an age related problem (mine) , Could the port be behind the started. I would appreciates the help. thanks

Now thew motor runs but only on the top cylinder. I see no spark at the plug. Looking for this problem now. Any suggestion would be appreciated. Thanks

Hose barb is below the carburetor, near, but not behind, the starter.
