My technicolor 18 HP fast twin (made from 3 engined) has a problem with the tioller throttle. When magneto plate is screwed tightly to the ring under the brass collar on the block, it is almost impossible to throttle up, when screws are loose, works almost as freely as it should. The parts breakdown at the BRP site shows nothing else under the mag plate- no bearings or such.<br /><br />What am I doing wrong?
