I am working on disassembling the powerhead. What is the part name for the fuel in and out port and the solid gasket that is behind it? Also, the third picture shows a screw that I cannot get to because the housing is in the way. Am I supposed to removed the entire powerhead first, before disassembling everything else?

If you mean the fuel pump, it is obsolete and no longer available. And there is no repair kit either. Best solution is a new 18-7351 pump from here at iboats. I think a new gasket comes with it. The fittings point downward, so you might have to relocate the pump to the upper cylinder, if it isn't already up there. There is a filter screen in the new pump, so you don't need the old glass bowl filter any more. No you don't need to remove the powerhead to access the screws. You can instead simply remove the lower cover (pan). It is in two sections, front and rear.

BTW, the fuel pump was an optional accessory on that model. Standard was a pressurized fuel tank, no pump.
