Hi Tbass<br />Values on older model outboards are set between the seller and the buyer. Resale value can depend on the area you live, the time of year,if the fishing is good and the condition of the motor. To get an idea of this value check local want adds etc. To me, a perfectly running,just serviced small outboard is priceless. How ever I will seldom pay more than $50. for them used. I have yet to see a used outboard of any size or any age that I don't have to put at least $150. into just for service parts. Fifties model OMC motors are very common, there are tons of them still in regluar servcice. Most parts are still available and are common.
