Fixed the idle issue. Long story short a piece of the old gasket was missing and I assumed nothing was missing when I copied it. Caused the idle circuit not to be able to draw fuel up correctly.

I tossed in the sierra bowl gasket . The seal around the main "venturi" and the bowl and the packing washers for the needles.

Took it out to the lake and I'm happy to say she's running great. Perfect idle she'll troll real slow if you want it to. No more fuel delivery issue didn't have to pump the primer. Started first pull every time. Good power. It manages to plane the boat out 16-18mph with favorable conditions/weight. Though it averaged 12-14mph if I didn't put a little weight forward to help it plane it out.

The only issue I ran into is the "main" or high speed needle kept wanting to slowly back itself out under full throttle.
