If in very good running/cosmetic conditon, I would think you might get somewhere between $130 - $200 for it.

Walt

Hi Gregga,
Worth of an older outboard depends on a lot of things. First, does it have an updated magneto? Those 1950s coils are notorious for cracking with age, and the old paper condensers were moisture hogs. Second, has the water pump impeller been changed recently? They're a pain to replace as you have to pull the powerhead to do it. Not hard, just a hassle. Third, does it have the original style dual line pressure tank with it? They're not uncommon, but you can never seem to find one when you need one. The tanks are typically going for $30.00-$50.00 on eBay.

I'd say $50.00 - $200.00 depending on how much tuneup work has been done and if it includes the tank or not.

- Scott
