Yeah, Willy's dead on. That's based off earlier Johnson TD/TN series engines. Which were really excellent given how long they survive.<br />The water pump is hiding behind the propeller, but it doesn't have a normal impeller like a modern outboard. If it's working and cooling the engine you can safely leave it alone.<br /><br />Carb kits are unavailable. You'll have to make your own gaskets, etc. There's a merc float that can be made to fit your 5hp:
