Has anybody converted a fastwin 15 two line tank to a single line with fuel pump? I'm looking for a simple tutorial for that motor but cannot find one.

Your Fastwin will be the same conversion process as the 10 hp Sportwin or later 18 hp Fastwin. Lots of threads exist about the conversion. There are a couple ways to go about it, you'll have to decide which is best for you.
I did a '56 Johnson 15, but I was lucky. I had a '58 Montgomery Ward 12HP Sea King parts motor with bypass covers all ready for a fuel pump, even though that parts motor had had the fuel tank on the top.
