I'm getting ready to rebuild the carb on this outboard. Does anyone have the repair manual in pdf they can email me? Thanks!

Sorry, nothing small enough to email. However, you can pick up a Seloc/Cylmer or OEM manual. They can tell you what you need.

Or check out the carb rebuild of the 5.5 hp at the following site. Its pretty much the same as yours.
