1957 18hp when I turn the handle to WOT the back butterfly in the carb is not all the way open. I adjusted the plate that the roller follows to open the throttle and it didn't seem to help any. Is this plate supposed to be flat at WOT or is it closed a little bit. The reason I'm asking is that it seems slow with my 14' semi v hull and I Can pull the roller down by hand and open the butterfly all the way. What am I missing?
