18 evinrude starter?

hello its been a long time since last post. i have an 18 hp evinrude engine with pull start im fixin up for my father he is on the kidney transplant list he can no longer pull start an engine im wanting to fix up a starter for him i was wondering if any of you folks can tell me what yr and if there is an starter i can put on it? serial no is 18202r-eo477o thanks for any help
