175xr2 Gets oil in carbs and cylinders after sitting?

I have a 1997 Regal Rush with a 175xr2. It runs great but if I don't loosen the cap on the oil tank. The oil then fills up the carbs and the cylinders. I'm assuming it's a check valve. I have re shop manual but I don't see a check valve listed that would prevent what I'm experincing. One of my thoughts is maybe the injection pumps bad? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You are correct its a check valve problem. The valve is on crankcase below starter and supply's crankcase pressure to oil tank...
