I got a (supposedly) good deal on a grady-white it was a lake boat & never saw salt ,the seller told me the motor had a cracked manifold I had a valve job done so I' ve got the manifold off & visually the manifold appears sound where's the best deal on a new one or can I have this one repaired?

I have a '78 20' Grady White Gulfstream that I Just rebuilt the Mercruiser 165 in. Mine is the IL6 version. I would try these guys: Aftermarket.

welding cast iron is tricky. I talked to 2 of the CWI welding inspectors and 2 certified welders at the jobsite about welding a cast iron exhaust manifold of of my daughter's toyota. after it was all said she bought a new manifold. sl
