150 yamah battery isolator

I have 2001 150txra outboard that is to have a battery isolator unit on it. The Yamaha rigging manual shows a isolator lead coming from the engine to the house battery, but does not have details were it attaches to engine. Can anyone help me in this matter. I have contacted two locale dealers and they were no help. Appreciate any info on this matter.

Its usually a red wire on the starboard side with a female bullet connector on the end.

Thank you for your response Capt. I did locate a red lead coming off the CDI unit starboard side and it is fused 30 AMPS, is this the correct lead.
