150 XR2 boggs were to start

I have a 1987 Procraft 1780V bass boat with a 1986 Black Max XR2 150 Serial # OB122507. I have own this boat since 2010 and have adjusted the jack plate, replaced prop with a 23Tempest +. It used to run 55-56 mph @ 6000 rpms. I replace the replace the plugs, fuel filter, primer bulb and correct hoses, have adjusted the link & sync, and check the compression ever year. Last year boat would get 5000-5300 rpm and only get 48 mph. Boat started good and idle good, but never ran like it used to. I bought a new tack, but haven't installed it yet. The boat would jump out and be on plane in about 6 seconds, but last year it was slow getting on plane till 3000 rpms. Getting ready to check it this year and was wonder what else to check. Also the oil injection was removed before i bought it.
