150 opti lower unit noise

I noticed last night while cleaning on the boat that there was a clunking noise just above the lower unit I believe. If I rocked the boat back and forth it sounded like something clunking inside the case like it was loose. I have never noticed this before, any suggestions. I didn't notice anything last time I had it out. Just wanting to know if it is something going bad and if I need it looked out before I go out again.

Motors not running and I cleaned all the Busch lights out of the boat so no beer cans.

Is the water pressure hose for the speedo still sticking out of the LU ? If not then maybe that someone has put a screw in it and pushed it back into the LU.

Not sure i know what the water pressure hose is for the speedo. Only thing I know that is associated with the speedo is the small hole in the front of the unit and it has been clogged and the speedo hasn't worked for awhile. I don't think that anyone has put a screw in anything. I haven't had a lot of work done on my boat. It sounds like a shaft or something metal hitting against something when I rock the motor and boat side to side. I just never noticed it before. Sounds like above the prop like between the power head and the LU maybe. Or at the very top of the lower unit.

Have found tha tuner layin in tha bottom of tha down housing after pullin' tha gear case lookin' for a "rattle" on a coupla motors.......

Exhaust pipe........Bolts to bottom of tha adapter plate. They will come lose and/or break lose. Not very common but it does happen....
