150 mercury won't start

I have a 2003 150h.p. mercury saltwater series the battery is good, when i turn the key it beeps like always but the motor does not turn over or anything,no power to motor.It act's like it does when the shifter is in gear but that's not it.Checked all the fuses under the cowl their good, is there a fuse that I missed? Tilt & trim work all functions work, but nothing at the starter. Thank's in advance Ronnie

The best bet is to use a systematic troubleshooting approach using a multimeter and a guide. Your shop manual should have such a guide. I attached the one for my motor below, which may work for you. (Note: They are more legible when you print them),
