150 HPDI Prop

I have a 1999 18' Parker CC that I repowered with a 03 150 hp HPDI (TXRB). WOT is only 4800 rpm with a 15.5 x 17 aluminum prop. (38 mph) I have no shortage of opinions (13.75 x 17 SS) or (15 x 15). Does anyone have this same setup so I only need to re-prop once?

Sounds like you may have a motor or set up problem.
Have the motor checked on a dyno or with a Yamaha test prop to see if it is putting out the proper HP.
